One of the most important things we can do in our lives is exercise. Not only is exercise great for our bodies, but it also helps to improve our minds as well. Exercise should be fun, exciting, something you love to hate and something NEW. I am a firm believer that each workout should be different and more challenging than the last. Exercise is not easy: it takes hard work, dedication and motivation. Those who choose to accept the challenge are that much closer to reaching their goals.
