Have you been to a Belmont Spin class lately? With the new Suunto heart rate strap you can purchase at the Front Desk your ride is guaranteed to be more intense! Your effort is displayed (under a nickname if you prefer) during class and you’ll receive a detailed report of your work output including calories burned, heart rate throughout class, and work output. The reports are emailed to you when class ends so you can track your progress and compare your rides- many of your fellow Spinners are creating a “Spin” file in their email and are amazed at the results they’re seeing from their hard work. Since you love Spin so much we’ve just added two more classes with Verna!
