We’d like to thank you for contributing to our 33 years of success at our Anniversary Party Saturday, July 20th. We invite you to join us from 5-9pm at The Belmont. Members attend free and it’s $18 if you’d like to bring a guest. Please RSVP at the Front Desk in advance and come enjoy food, drinks, DJ, dancing, and prizes!

With extended daylight hours, ride your bike or walk early in the morning or late in the evening.
Head to the local Farmers Market for fresh summer produce to keep your body running well.
Stay hydrated (ideally with water) to help deal with the summer heat and stay energized.
Summer screams ‘casual!’ but choose a short-term fitness goal & stick to your routine.
Challenge yourself with one of our new classes or a few Personal Training Sessions to shake things up.
