Your life may not need a complete transformation, but is there even one area that could use a little extra attention this year? Consider the relationships between you and your career, family, fitness, health, finances, community, social life, and so on. If you’re not sure where to start try being more intentional in just one specific area first. You might notice that by making changes in one aspect of your life, change automatically starts trickling into even more areas of your life as well- bonus! The key to making positive changes  is remembering that if you’d like different results in 2012 you need to do something different than you did in 2011, 2010, etc.  Having a solid plan is also smart. You can download and complete free goal-setting worksheets on your own, attend a workshop, or meet with a professional for guidance such as a Life Coach, Business Coach, Personal Trainer, Doctor or Wellness Coach. If you set goals and face setbacks here and there, give yourself the gift of compassion and jump right back on track!
