New Spin Bikes

We are excited to announce that we are getting NEW Spin Bikes this month.
The Spinner Shift model is the newest (2016) line of Spinning bikes, all equipped with computers.
Starting February 1st, you will be able to sign-up for spin class on our App or at the front desk (two days in advance).
We will be adding more Spin classes this month.



Tuesday: Jan 24 @ 7:30 PM - Body Sculpt with Susanne
Jan 31 @ 7:30 PM - Total Body Workout with Justin
check our App for future Tuesday @ 7:30 PM classes
Friday: 5:15 AM - Road Ride with Erin
             8:00 AM - Fast Fridays with Erin
             12:00 PM - PiYo with Marita
Saturday: 7:30 AM - Spin with Verna 
Tuesday/Thursday 4:15 PM Outdoor Tabata class will not be offered during January.
Look for our Saturday classes @ 4 PM to start again this month
Make sure you check  out our Schedule Online , at the Front Desk, or on our App on a regular basis for any changes.
