Holiday Hours

Saturday, December 24: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Sunday, December 25: CLOSED 
Saturday, December 31: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sunday, January 1: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Check our Group Ex App for any "schedule" adjustments we may have made for the month of December. 

Our NEW weight room is finished!

Second floor  - 1600 sq. ft. weight room

For the first half of December, the larger downstairs weight room will be undergoing remodeling & unavailable for usage.  We have moved most of the equipment over to the small room.  Upon completion, ALL equipment in the smaller room will be moved back into the larger room.  The smaller room will be transformed into a "Stretch & Exercise" area equipped with mats, foam rollers, stretch straps, and more.

New Spin Bikes

We are excited to announce that we are getting NEW Spin Bikes this month.
The Spinner Shift model is the newest (2016) line of Spinning bikes, all equipped with computers.
More details to follow and how to sign-up for future Spin classes.



Wednesday: 6:00 PM - Spin with Josh
Thursday: 4 :00 PM - Stretch & Roll with Hayley
Thursday: 4:30 PM - TRX Circuit  with Hayley
Friday: 12 PM - Basic Fit  with Jonelle
Tuesday/Thursday 4:15 PM Outdoor Tabata class will not be offered during Dec./Jan.

Sign up at front desk. Space is limited. 2 Classes per person please (unless space permits).  $10 no show fee applies
