November Features:

Phase 2 - Our NEW weight room should be completed by mid November!

Upstairs Weight Room Construction Phase 2

Second floor  - 1600 sq. ft. weight room

Upon completion of the second floor weight room, we will begin the first floor weight room remodel. The large free weight room will consist of Lower Body Machines and the smaller room will be a Stretching Room.

New Downstairs Stretch Room Coming Soon

Tuesday: 6:00 PM - Train for 5K with Jade

Tuesday: 6:30 PM - PiYo with Marita

Thursday: 9 AM - Spin with Ann

Friday: 12 PM - Basic Fit with Jonelle

Saturday: 8 AM - Train for a 5K with Jade
