September Group Exercise News 

During the month of September, we will be introducing new classes & start times. We will be testing these changes on a 4-6 week basis so please check the schedule frequently. 


Monday: 7:30-8:30 PM 
Total Stretch & Relax  with Tami
Friday: 9:00 AM Spin with Danielle
Saturday: 11:00 AM Yoga Zone with Tami
October 1st @  2 PM
with Tami Hans
Introduction to Basic Relaxation, Meditation, & Breathing Techniques
