April Group Exercise News

* Due to our windy afternoons, the Outdoor Tabata class on Tuesdays & Thursdays will be held at Livingston Park during the month of April. Bring a friend ($8)
* Class reminder: PLEASE do not enter classes late (10+ min) as it disrupts the flow of the class
* SPIN CLASS sign-ups: Please make sure you sign-up for class at the front desk or online & sign-in at class. Spin class has a $5/class fee or $18/month for unlimited spin.

Featured Class of the Month
Tread & Shred with Scott
Fridays @ 4 PM

This class meets on the treadmills in Cardio Theater. With a combination of high intensity interval and hill training, Tread and Shred helps build endurance and is for all fitness levels. This class mixes walking, jogging and sprinting. This is not your normal treadmill workout. Bring your headphones!
