We would like to wish Hope Rolison (Program Coordinator) much success in her new career with MicroMed. She has been an asset to our club the past three years.  Her smile & enthusiasm will be missed.  Stephanie Luis is our new Program Coordinator and has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and with the Belmont since 1990.

Featured Class of the Month

Outdoor Tabata
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:30 PM with Michelle
For the winter season, Outdoor Tabata has moved straight down Granada Ave towards the beach. Add a little variety to your workout and get outdoors. This class is open to non-members as well for a drop-in rate of $8/class.
Saturdays @ 9:15 AM with Amanda
This class is interval training at it's finest! Come enjoy the outdoors and get your calorie burn on! We meet at Livingston Park. The corner of St. Joseph and Livingston
