Small Group Training
Small group personal training is an alternative to one-on-one training. It offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the private rate. Sessions are typically one hour, and are tailored specifically to each small group. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to help you reach your fitness goals.
Throughout the year The Belmont offers different Boot Camp style programs. Our style of this small group training usually combines running, interval training, strength and body weight training to lose weight, and/or jump-start fitness routines. Some of our Boot Camp programs will concentrate on specific sports, to help athletes train for an upcoming season, while others will focus on general fitness and nutrition. Our boot camp programs are always competitively priced and are never crowded, so you're sure to get the attention you need from your trainer.
