Turkey Trot Training & Race Discount
We are doing the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5K together as “Team Belmont”! Join Amanda every Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the lobby at 6am then head out on scenic coastal jogs to prepare for the race. All levels are welcome and class meets rain (with optional treadmill workouts) or shine.
Training will continue after Thanksgiving in preparation for the next race.

New Group Training: Be Ready for the Holidays!
Are you ready for something new that will push you beyond your comfort zone and help whip your body into shape? Give Group Training a shot! You’ll have the expertise of a trainer guiding you through safe and effective workouts and the motivation of working with others to achieve your goals. FALL FITNESS TIPS

With daylight more limited and colder days approaching now is a good time to shift your workouts into the great indoors. Give classes a try- ours start between 5:10am and 7:30pm so you’re bound to find ones that work with your schedule. Get into an exercise routine now so you’re not likely to skimp on workouts as you get busy during the holidays. Setting fitness goals that you can tackle over the next few months will help you stay focused during what is often a high stress, busy and sugar infested time of year. Ask friends, family, and coworkers if they’re up for a fitness or diet challenge or if they’d like to join you in your workouts- the buddy system helps create extra accountability for those goals you’re working toward.

Intermediate hikes are 4-5 miles. Bring sunscreen, a light jacket, water, & wear close-toed active shoes.
