FREE CHILDCARE MONDAY MADNESS!

It’s Childcare Monday Madness and Barbara & the Childcare staff are offering you free childcare on Mondays the entire month of October. If you usually just stay for one hour, stay for two and pamper yourself with an extra long workout or some relaxation in the spa! DO YOU WANT YOUR BODY BACK?

Body Back® is a results based workout program for moms of any age. You’ll get high intensity interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, coaching and support so that you will see weight loss, as well as increased strength and energy.  Unleash your personal possibilities!


Workouts (both indoors and outdoors) are twice a week for eight weeks, starting soon! The program is $25 per session and includes 2 workout sessions each week, fitness assessments, food journal, meal plan, online coaching, a resistance band & "Mama Wants" DVD. GROUP EXERCISE ANNOUCEMENTS

*Classes that were 60 minutes are now 55 minutes*
This is to help alleviate traffic between classes, allowing you to set up for your class & begin on time, as well as put equipment away & allow the next class to begin on time. For the most current Group Exercise Schedule remember to refresh your computer and  iPhone App regularly. The following class changes are now in effect:
-Flexibility Training is Mondays at 7am (instead of 8am)
-TRX Suspension Training has been added Mondays at 8am with Mike
-Hot Latin Cardio is now every Monday at 7:30pm with Josie
-Zumba with Ashley has been added Tuesdays at 12pm and is still Fridays at 12pm as well
-Athletic Conditioning with Austin has been added Fridays at 8:10am
-Friday Fight Club is now at both 6pm and 7pm with Alfredo
