NIA JAM!

OCTOBER 16 4:30-6:30PM
Jam to live drums with instructor Courtney and special guest instructors visiting from India, Sabine & Phillipe.
$20 pre-registration/$25 at the door

BELMONT HIKES

OCT. 2, 16, & 30
Option 1: 7am at El Morro Visitor Center, Crystal Cove State Park 8471 PCH Newport Coast 92657 ($15 parking).
Option 2: Meet Scott @ the local Starbucks @
6:30-6:55am (free parking!).
These beautiful hikes are 3-8 miles. Wear proper close-toed active shoes, sunscreen, a light jacket, and water.

Austin will help you improve your strength and stamina using various training methods and equipment
Monday & Wednesday mornings at 7am.

ZUMBA– More Please!

You asked for it so we brought you more Zumba. Natalie will make you sweat Tuesdays at 6:30pm, Patty’s on Thursdays at 6:30pm, and Almaliis is Fridays at 8:10am.

New Moon Guided Meditation

Join Teresa one Monday a month for an evening of guided meditation and setting ‘new moon’ intentions.
$10 for the entire series through December.
October 11, November 8, and December 6 at 7:30pm.

2nd St. Walkers

Join us Thursdays at 5:45pm-6:45pm for a local walk.
All abilities welcome, as are well-behaved dogs.
Route may include the Bike Path & Peninsula.

training methods for you to try.

  2. Try a new approach like partnering with a friend or Personal Trainer
  3. Choose a new class from 100+ on our schedule!
  4. Create new fitness goals regularly
  5. New strength/cardio routine
