 This summer we will have a new 1600 sq foot vaulted ceiling weight room with all new weight equipment AND a brand new downstairs stretch room! More details to come!!!

 

August Group Exercise News 

During the month of August & September, we will be introducing new classes & start times.

We will be testing these changes on a 4-6 week basis so please check the schedule frequently.

               4:45 PM Circuit Blast 
  Thursday: 3:45 PM Stretch & Flex
                   4:45 PM Ballet Bootcamp
 

NEW INSTRUCTOR

Danielle Martin - Monday 8 AM spin
 
SPIN class rate change EFFECTIVE June 1
$5/30-minute, $10/55-minute class, and
$18/month unlimited
$5/class - Spin for beginners class
(Thurs @ 8:15 AM)
(first class is FREE when preregister at front desk)
 
PLEASE make sure you are signing in when you arrive to class.
