You are invited to our community event honoring the GOLD achievement of the 2016 USA Women's Water Polo Team

2016 Gold medalist women's water polo team comes to the Belmont Athletic Club

 

In less than 8 weeks, we should have our new weight room open! All areas of the club and equipment is available during construction.

September Group Exercise News 

During the month of September, we will be introducing new classes & start times. We will be testing these changes on a 4-6 week basis so please check the schedule frequently. 

NEW CLASSES

Monday: 7:30-8:30 PM -  Total Stretch & Relax  with Tami
Tuesday: 5:45 AM -  P90X® LIVE with Kim
8:15 - 9:10 AM (New Time)  Body Shred   
9:20 - 10:15 AM (New Time) Elevated Energy
4:30 PM - Fight Club with Christian
Thursday:   8:15 - 9:10 AM (New Time) R.I.P. IT!
Spin for BEGINNERS will now be offered once a month. Days/Times TBA
3:45 PM - Stretch & Roll with Hayley
4:30 PM - Ballet Bootcamp with Hayley
 
SPIN Room News
All of the spin bikes (including 2 in cardio theater & 1 in front of racquetball courts) have been serviced and you should be experiencing a much smoother ride!  We have NEW speakers & mic as well. If the music is too loud, please let the instructor know as we are here for you!
