SPRING HAS SPRUNG!

Alright folks, Spring officially started and ends June 20, leaving us with a few more months to enjoy all of Spring’s pleasantries- extended daylight hours, jasmine blossoming all over town, and lots of unique programs at The Belmont to help you achieve your goals. If you’ve said year after year that you’ll ‘get fit for summer’ now is the time to make it happen! What we do in the Spring plays a huge factor into how we’ll look and feel this Summer. So leave all your excuses behind and spring into action by signing up for one of our new programs, hiring a trainer, and trying classes.  Make Summer 2013 your best yet by investing in you this Spring! BODY COMPOSITION TESTING

Monday, April 8th 7am-7pm

LIFE IN BALANCE

A sisdom course surrounding physical, emotional, and mental wellness based on the principles of Ayurveda. Understand your unique needs based on your individuality. Food, relationships, habits, and routines, natural medicines and cosmetics are discussed from a holistic perspective.

YOGA & LIVE MUSIC

Saturday April 20, 11:00am-12:30pm
Special yoga and music series with instructor Jennifer Wicks and musicians Blue Pearl. Bring your friends- non-members are welcome to attend. Free class with donations given to the musicians.

EL MORO CANYON HIKES
