Body Back® is a results based workout program for moms of any age. You’ll get high intensity interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, coaching and support so that you will see weight loss, as well as increased strength and energy.  Unleash your personal possibilities!

Workouts (both indoors and outdoors) are twice a week for eight weeks starting September 26.
The program is $399 including 2 workouts/week, fitness assessments, food journal & meal plan, online coaching,
a resistance band & "Mama Wants" DVD. Training is limited to just 10 participants so reserve your spot now!

SELF DEFENSE BOOTCAMP

EL MORO CANYON HIKES
