SPIN PARTY!! MAY 20th

 

Join us this Saturday for a FREE day of Spin in our "newly remodeled" Spin Room.

6:30 AM - Endurance Ride with Heather

7:30 AM - Spinning with Verna

8:30 AM - High Intensity with Erin

9:30 AM - Intro to Spin (30 minutes)

Sign up at the front desk and be entered to WIN prizes.  FREE gift to all participants.  

Okay to take ALL 3 classes!

Bring a friend to Spin for FREE (must sign up at front desk and be accompanied by you)

Summer schedule starts June 1st, so check the schedule for any changes.  Beach classes coming soon. 

 

Fight Club is back with Personal Trainer Rob Natzel. 

Wednesday 6 PM 

June 7 (4 weeks)

Limited to 8 people ($20/4 weeks)
