6 - 6:45 PM: Spin with Amy S
6:30 PM: Zumba with Ashley C
 
Thursday:
7 - 7:55 AM: Yoga for Athletes with Jenna C
Starts April 20th
4:30 - 5 PM: HIIT Cardio with Hayley C
High Intensity Interval Training
5 - 5:25 PM:  HIIT Strength with Hayley C
 
Friday: 
9 - 9:55 AM: Spin with Cat T.
